Job Summary

Deliver actionable financial insights within the Business Analytics, Planning & Reporting (BAPR) team by leading financial reporting packages, month-end close, and variance analysis. Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, oversee recurring close/reporting activities, and track KPIs to support business objectives. Partner with leadership on project timelines and process improvements, ensure SOX and governance compliance, and provide informal guidance to junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead preparation and analysis of corporate and executive financial reporting packages, ad-hoc analysis, and insights.
•Perform month-end close, expense variance analysis vs. forecast, and support accruals/reclassification and accounting treatment.
•Drive annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles with analytical support and recommendations to leadership.
•Coordinate recurring close and reporting activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
•Ensure compliance with operational controls, audit requirements (SOX), regulatory/statutory/governance standards; improve processes and provide informal mentoring to junior analysts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance or a professional qualification.
•Solid experience in finance reporting, analytics, and business partnering.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Experience using multiple data sources with Excel plus Power BI and/or SQL (or other tools).
•Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and report/dashboard development (preferred); SAP, Macro, Power Query, RPA, and AI-enabled finance solutions are a strong advantage.
