Job Summary

Oversee the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into well-architected outcomes. Lead hands-on delivery across Salesforce implementations, including customizations and integrations, while managing technical scope and project execution. Create and maintain technical documentation, ensure system integrity and security, guide and review code quality, and handle deployments across SIT/UAT/Prod. Collaborate with stakeholders and stay current on Salesforce, Amazon Connect, AI, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and explain feasibility, benefits, and risks
•Lead hands-on technical delivery for Salesforce implementations, managing scope, client expectations, and system integrity
•Develop custom solutions and interfaces on the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce application architecture
•Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment guides, system support guides)
•Lead and mentor development efforts, perform code reviews, and guide deployments/troubleshooting across SIT/UAT/Prod

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations across systems
•5+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect (application, telephony, routing, AI, DevOps layers)
•5+ years as a Salesforce Technical Lead and 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, services, and the security model
•5+ years building with Salesforce developer toolkit (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, etc.) and leveraging design patterns and integrations
•5+ years DevOps/deployment experience (SIT/UAT/Prod) plus 3+ years experience in AWS and Databricks
