Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and operational program support for various engine groups, coordinating on-wing operational issues and customer concerns.
  • •Deliver 24-hour comprehensive technical support and customer assistance using troubleshooting expertise.
  • •Act as the operator’s first contact for technical and business concerns and represent Pratt & Whitney at key customer meetings.
  • •Collaborate with other Field Representatives to advance solutions for customer issues.
  • •Work with P&W Hartford CFTs, CTS, and colleagues to provide real-time information on fleet risk and support 24/7 accessibility.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated technical proficiency with jet engine technical data.
  • •Associate’s degree in an aviation-related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience with commercial/military aircraft engines and working with airline customers, OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, OR master’s degree with 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience in an external-facing role with airline customers.
  • •Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Solid working knowledge of aviation gas turbine engines and troubleshooting expertise.
