  • •Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver advanced analytics and insights on key business drivers.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial issues, providing proactive financial solutions and recommendations.
  • •Lead forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and management reporting; streamline manual reporting and finance processes.
  • •Review analysts’ work, assign tasks, manage workflow, and teach/mentor others on complex financial processes and systems.
  • •Direct analyses and guide the development and implementation of critical processes, programs, and technologies, including integrated enterprise planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience).
  • •7 years of financial/accounting analysis experience, including 2 years leading strategic financial/accounting opportunities.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex data.
  • •Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities across different systems and tools, including working knowledge of GAAP.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to executive-storytell and work through ambiguity to identify risks and recommendations.
