Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with Go-to-Market leaders on team effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, performance and compensation management, and employee development.
•Own and support key employee lifecycle processes, including leaves, offboarding, employee relations, and other People Operations initiatives.
•Lead and contribute to high-impact People programs such as manager development, career growth frameworks, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
•Use data, AI, automation, and operational excellence to streamline workflows, improve employee experience, and enable the People team to focus on high-value work.
•Collaborate to scale programs and influence company-wide initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment
•Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions and partnering with these organizations
•Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR practices
•Hands-on approach with ability to balance strategic partnership and operational execution
•Experience using AI, automation, and data to improve people programs and processes
