•Lead engineering delivery across multiple platforms and features, including API Gateway, API onboarding, MCP Gateway, and related systems.
•Design and guide development of scalable, secure, reusable, high-quality solutions serving global users.
•Drive innovation across APIs, platforms, and full-stack applications using modern technologies and AI-assisted engineering tools.
•Manage multiple engineering initiatives and feature tracks end-to-end by gathering, refining, prioritizing, and delivering requirements with stakeholders.
•Collaborate with product, engineering, test, and DevOps teams, and mentor talent across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of software engineering experience, including several years in engineering management/people leadership.
•Proven experience leading teams delivering scalable APIs, platforms, and full-stack applications.
•Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, scalability, and security.
•Hands-on experience with AI coding tools/agents such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex.
