Job Summary

Build and scale the RevOps foundation for a rapidly growing GTM motion, owning weekly forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM data integrity. Create measurement and reporting dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency. Help scale outbound using Clay and Salesforce by designing integrated tooling and operational layers that connect sales and product-led growth as one.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the weekly forecast process including pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection cadence, and CRM data integrity.
•Build metrics dashboards and reports providing real-time visibility into pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency trends.
•Scale outbound by integrating and building tooling with Clay, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools.
•Help define strategic priorities and build the RevOps function as a small team.
•Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, Biz Ops, and Product to integrate, measure, and scale Sales and PLG engines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 195,000 annually

•7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS with PLG plus enterprise sales experience.
•Built sales operations core processes end-to-end (annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management) and can apply AI tools to accelerate building.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple levels.
•Builder mentality: moves fast, documents well, and improves systems continuously.
•Ability to prioritize urgently and drive major progress in a fast-moving, agile environment.
