Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a clear Tribe vision and create the functional Tribe roadmap with ASV Business Lead and Technical Tribe Lead (TTL) for alignment.
  • •Steer and guide Product Owners to achieve Tribe goals, including Tribe backlog feature definition and prioritization.
  • •Ensure RUN and CHANGE of applications and systems to maintain stability, sustainability, and innovation.
  • •Maintain financial accountability for Tribe budgets and provide initiative implementation status and budget tracking.
  • •Drive quality and deliverables by setting/using KPIs and coordinating with TTL on technical quality standards.
