Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver geotechnical, highways, bridges, and infrastructure schemes across the county on the GCC contract.
  • •Provide technical leadership across geotechnical schemes from early advice and investigation planning through to design, construction support, and asset management.
  • •Develop and procure ground investigations and write/check technical outputs including desk studies, monitoring memos, and ground investigation reports.
  • •Undertake and check design and assessment calculations (e.g., piling, soil nailing, shallow foundations, and earthworks) and review CDM documentation.
  • •Support project management, maintain strong client relationships, and mentor more junior staff through training and technical development.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification/experience).
  • •Chartered Engineer through a relevant professional institute.
