Key Responsibilities

  • •Support resident managers with detailed project budgets and monitor budget/resource allocation, investigating and addressing budget overruns
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, investigate delays with contractors, and recommend corrective measures
  • •Review contractor work programs during pre-construction and track contractors’ daily activities against approved plans
  • •Assess and support management of scope variations, claims, unit rates for new work items, and changes in project scope with clients and contractors
  • •Prepare periodic progress reports, manage drawings/specifications version control, and support hand-over and defects liability documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • •10+ years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and planning industry within construction supervision projects
  • •Demonstrated experience managing project planning activities for large-scale construction supervision projects
  • •Proficiency with scheduling and planning software such as Primavera
  • •Excellent planning, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English
