Robotics Hardware Engineering Manager

Lead a multidisciplinary team in Robotic Hardware, developing robotic systems for Ocado’s automated warehouses. Drive current and next-generation robotics, including advanced end-of-arm tooling, from concept through production. Provide hands-on technical direction and coaching while collaborating with Product, Project, Software, and stakeholders. Oversee continuous improvement of production and development systems using rapid prototyping and Agile ways of working.
