Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate allocation of time and costs, and invoice clients in line with contracts.
  • •Manage billing processes including audits, payment timing, and resolution of billing queries with clients and project personnel.
  • •Perform month-end close and deliver group reporting requirements such as Flash/Bridge/Unbilled and AR analysis.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting, including contract performance reporting and variance analysis (e.g., dashboards and client reports).
  • •Lead initiatives to define finance processes and conduct risk assessments with appropriate controls; review/approve invoice coding and manage rates data changes in Oracle for client approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree and qualified CPA/CA preferred or working towards.
  • •5+ years’ experience in a similar project accounting role.
  • •Previous experience working with EBA.
  • •Demonstrated team working and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency in process reviews, change management, and process integration.
