Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with strategy by implementing policies and delivering functional objectives and plant KPIs through project creation and execution.
  • •Ensure best-in-class manufacturing by adhering to policies, implementing best practices, and maintaining production cost, delivery, and quality performance.
  • •Develop and implement new processes and equipment, including layout and workflow optimization to expand capacity and capability.
  • •Monitor, audit, and improve processes and equipment to maximize process capability, including Lean & Six Sigma projects and process FMEA.
  • •Manage project budgets and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to define specifications and coordinate purchase and installation of equipment, materials, or parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and process engineering.
  • •Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; Lean and green belt certification is preferred.
  • •Project management and budget control experience.
  • •Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and coordination/communication skills, including English communication and writing.
