Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project execution from solution design through project closure, ensuring delivery success.
  • •Serve as the technical lead for KPI development and performance management solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytics for portal-based visibility.
  • •Define, design, and implement Production, Maintenance, Equipment, Reliability, and Energy KPIs across process units and business functions.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate implementation with integration and reporting teams.
  • •Prepare project documentation (FDS/DDS), conduct workshops/demos/training, track schedules, manage scope/timelines/budget, and resolve customer issues/escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years’ experience designing and implementing Production, Maintenance, Reliability, Equipment, and Energy KPIs in chemical industries (e.g., refining, petrochemical, power, mining).
  • •Experience delivering enterprise Operations/Maintenance/performance management dashboards and KPI visualization solutions.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and/or Dundas BI, with advanced SQL (including stored procedures) and data modeling.
  • •Strong knowledge of SSAS and SSIS plus MDX concepts for multidimensional analytics.
  • •Experience implementing KPI/performance management platforms such as AVEVA Insight, Siemens Opcenter Intelligence, Honeywell Uniformance KPI, KPI Manager, and integrating systems via OPC/OLEDB/ODBC/APIs/web services.
