•Develop service designs and High-Level Designs (HLDs) aligned with CMSO strategy and Global Services goals.
•Evaluate service delivery and operations processes to design architectures that improve operational efficiency.
•Provide strategic architectural guidance to Services Offer Management to align service requests with core D&T toolsets.
•Partner with D&T product managers and operations teams to inform roadmaps and identify requirements for service capabilities.
•Provide technical support for customized deployments and guide tool selection and high-impact service delivery roadmaps.

•Ability to integrate IT infrastructure foundations (networking, storage, servers) into high-level designs.
•Strategic planning and cross-functional leadership to align long-term architectures with business and operational objectives.
