Lead Field Service Technician

Provide on-site servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. Perform preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and provide internal and external customer support. Train customers on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures, and deliver training sessions for fellow technicians. Partner with sales and local management to support accurate customer quotes and assist with service contract management for key accounts.
