Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates across design and delivery phases.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding data for stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and validate cost information across design teams, GC, subcontractors, and vendor quotes; compile built cost records for benchmarking.
  • •Lead procurement strategy development, contractor/subcontractor pricing reviews, scope validation, and commercial negotiations to drive fair contract prices.
  • •Own change control and cost variances across the lifecycle, including review, estimation, negotiation, reconciliation, and cost risk/contingency and commitment tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years in cost management/project controls within mission-critical environments (data centers, high-tech, industrial) on moderate to high complexity projects.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, cost control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward certification is advantageous; strong communication, negotiation, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
