Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial service functions professionally and accurately per bank policies, standards, and security procedures.
  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts, and process requested account maintenance (e.g., name/address/product changes).
  • •Present and explain bank products and services to meet clients’ financial needs and cross-sell solutions.
  • •Answer client questions by listening, collecting data, and securing accurate resolutions; resolve requests promptly and courteously.
  • •Support banking center activities including reports/records, daily logs, year-end reporting/special projects, and training/coordination with lobby employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete the Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan (Teller Learning Plan, if applicable).
  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •Zero up to 3 years of New Account experience.
  • •Training requirements including Caller Identification Process, Secure code training, DocuSign training, BPM I-IV, and wire/domestic wire introduction.
  • •Ability to open accounts and complete customer file maintenance, including debit card disputes and clearing DDA exceptions in a timely manner.
