Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop a territory of approximately $45MM by identifying, developing, and closing equipment finance/lease transactions with targeted prospects and existing clients.
  • •Package and price transactions to meet business objectives, structuring true lease transactions aligned with product offerings and residual/pricing guidelines.
  • •Manage direct solicitation and collection of customer and transaction information, including maintaining the client management system.
  • •Develop and sustain collaborative relationships across Credit, BPU, and Syndications/KeyBanc Capital Markets teams to grow the business.
  • •Articulate platform positioning findings and industry trends to internal and external constituents and operate independently and within a team environment.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •6+ years of equipment leasing industry sales experience with a focus on end-user relationships and proven leasing selling skills.
  • •Strong ability in time and territory management, training and presentation skills, and effective communication (verbal and written).
  • •Solid background selling tax and non-tax products, including financial and credit analysis; working knowledge of pricing models and customer relationship management software.
  • •Ability to maintain and grow a territory within a designated area, including overnight travel (approximately 5–6 nights per month).
