Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Construction team and support project objectives and strategies.
  • •Champion safety across all construction activities, including development of an Integrated Safety Plan and SIMOPS for island/brownfield work.
  • •Manage on-island construction teams and contractor construction planning and execution to ensure compliance with project objectives, obligations, and requirements.
  • •Establish the construction organization to implement execution plans/procedures and coordinate resourcing for construction roles.
  • •Provide construction oversight, report progress/performance/issues, and lead readiness reviews, constructability workshops, and CERs; sponsor mentoring and training for UAE Nationals.
