Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the vision and strategy for the security consulting practice aligned to cybersecurity objectives and market trends.
  • •Provide strategic counsel to clients on security architecture, risk management, compliance, and incident response strategies.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams of security consultants to drive performance and client engagement.
  • •Oversee delivery of security consulting projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • •Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities, crafting proposals, and participating in client presentations to expand the consulting portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant demonstrated experience in cybersecurity security consulting.
  • •Demonstrated experience advising clients on security strategies, risk management, compliance, and incident response in complex environments.
  • •Proven track record leading and managing teams and overseeing multiple client engagements concurrently.
  • •Ability to develop and deliver customized security solutions and align security initiatives with organizational goals, including working with C-suite executives.
  • •Industry-relevant certifications including CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC, or CompTIA Security+.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
