Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate financial reporting validation and test assurance activities across project test cycles and release phases.
  • •Support validation planning by ensuring test entry criteria, dependencies, environments, data, and resources are in place.
  • •Monitor validation progress and provide status, risk, and quality reporting to support programme governance and decision-making.
  • •Ensure validation evidence is captured, reviewed, and maintained in line with programme standards and audit requirements.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder sign-off processes and manage defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution across business, data, and technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in test assurance, testing coordination, project coordination, or project support within complex transformation environments.
  • •Strong Finance background with experience in financial reporting, management reporting, statutory reporting, tax reporting, or accounting functions.
  • •Proven experience conducting data validation, data quality reviews, and reconciliation activities.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise systems uplift, ERP transformation, or large-scale SAP projects.
  • •Strong understanding of reporting controls, reporting validation, and the importance of accurate financial data.
