•Lead a development team to deliver new products, features, and fixes iteratively using Agile, collaborating with Product Owner, developers, QA, and architects.
•Provide technical input to the Product Owner and function as the first point of escalation to remove impediments and achieve sprint goals.
•Communicate and escalate issues clearly and in a timely manner.
•Manage the team day-to-day, including career development for team members.
•Act as a hands-on leader expected to participate actively in development work and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies.

•10+ years of experience developing complex software applications with strong design principles and best practices.
•Lead experience with Agile delivery teams and team leadership responsibilities.
•Java development experience including microservices, unit testing, and SpringBoot.
•Experience with cloud/SaaS development using Azure and/or AWS, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
•Experience with web front-end/back-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful APIs/microservices, NodeJS, Express, JSON, OData, Web Sockets, Java EE) and build tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle).
