Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the IMM complex debt specialist and support relationship managers on origination and execution of corporate event transactions, including acquisition, refinancing, and cross-border funding structures.
  • •Serve as the IMM conduit to capital financing specialists, particularly for Leveraged & Syndicated Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Sustainable Finance, and Corporate Advisory teams.
  • •Build initiatives and products to expand IMM capabilities, and support technical skill development across the IMM centre of excellence.
  • •Achieve strategic growth targets aligned to the bank’s Portfolio Returns target, including cross-sell initiatives to acquire and grow banking wallets for companies with international footprints.
  • •Ensure timely FCC compliance (AML, sanctions, AB&C), implement audit and regulatory recommendations, monitor/review the portfolio, and escalate speak-up on risk issues.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/MBA with relevant experience (minimum 7 years) in client management and corporate banking.
  • •Strong commercial banking skills, including credit and lending, trade and treasury products, financial analysis, and local regulatory knowledge.
  • •Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • •Ability to work under fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • •Completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment; role also requires RBI Capacity Building certification/equivalent before selection.
