Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives within the Product & Technology organization. Own program execution across multiple projects and workstreams, coordinating stakeholders across product, engineering, editorial, data, and business teams. Manage dependencies, risks, governance, reporting, and cross-team blockers while ensuring structured plans, clear milestones, and outcomes delivered against objectives and OKRs.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a program of technical initiatives end to end, aligned to defined objectives.
•Define and maintain an execution structure across projects and workstreams, ensuring proper sequencing and alignment.
•Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and systems, managing dependencies and resolving cross-team blockers.
•Identify, track, and communicate program-level risks, assumptions, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans.
•Establish program governance and reporting, facilitate meetings, and provide structured updates to support decision-making.

•Proficiency with tools including Jira, Confluence, AirTable, Google Workspace, and program management toolsets such as SmartSheets, Monday, or Asana.
•Professional certification such as Prince2, APM, or PMP/PMI is highly preferred.
