Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop your employees while also contributing directly in customer assignments.
  • •Ensure the group’s competence supply, maintain and develop customer relationships, and conduct tender activities.
  • •Hold personnel responsibility for group members.
  • •Participate in projects in roles such as assignment owner (uppdragsansvarig), project manager, technical responsible (teknikansvarig), or senior consultant.
  • •Work with the Avdelningschef (Unit Lead) and other People Leads to build an open, trustful, and idea-driven climate for the department.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a university degree in civil engineering/social infrastructure (Samhällsbyggnad) or equivalent education.
  • •Several years of professional experience as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or in other roles within the infrastructure or social infrastructure industry.
  • •Good understanding of the industry and consulting business (konsultaffär).
  • •Experience from road/land development, streets, or traffic design work is strongly preferred, as is leadership experience.
  • •Excellent Swedish language skills are required, and English proficiency is also needed because WSP works globally.
