Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate the key strategic levers to enable successful outcomes-driven commercial environments for clients.
  • •Guide clients in establishing optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • •Translate a client’s vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation.
  • •Deploy and/or optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems and tailor methodologies to client needs.
  • •Proactively connect and collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and develop strong relationships with client stakeholders while supporting change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of infrastructure, defence and/or energy and natural resources markets and associated commercial requirements.
  • •Experience delivering projects within commercial / transformational environments; familiarity with construction industry context (e.g., Construction Playbook, Project 13).
  • •Ability to operate within large-scale, complex environments and understanding of public/sector procurement regulations.
  • •Experience in leading and managing multiple projects with quality deliverables and excellent communication.
  • •Flexible with a can-do attitude and able to work in multi-stakeholder environments.
