Client Success Manager (Remote)

Serve as a trusted partner to assigned accounts, driving renewal and incremental growth through consultative strategy, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll manage customer health metrics, adoption, and success across the subscription lifecycle, coordinate with support for complex questions, and champion product value to executives while meeting quota in a fully remote environment.
