Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand wafer process flows and transfer paths and apply capacity analysis, production planning, and SNOP to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Lead scenario planning across BP horizons, owning scenario baselines and change control, and optimizing scenarios across cost, capital, ramp adaptability, inventory strategy, and market share/bit growth.
  • •Align product roadmap to business requirements while adapting to BP changes and calendar commitments; coordinate monthly scenario parameter updates and communication.
  • •Handle complex cross-department and cross-site projects with structured onboarding and continuous improvement; facilitate a Lean Manufacturing culture.
  • •Deliver qualitative and quantitative analyses (P&L, ROI/payback, NPV) and build automation/dashboarding for recurring tasks using Python and BI tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production/Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving with hands-on scenario/comparison methodologies.
  • •Advanced manufacturing science knowledge (scheduling, inventory management, production capabilities).
  • •Demonstrated experience with SNOP process and business plan management.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong PC skills in data collection/database management and executive-ready presentations.
