Key Account Agent (contract position)

Join inDrive Couriers as a Key Account Agent, supporting business clients with day-to-day account operations. You’ll conduct daily outbound outreach, build long-term account relationships, and run regular client meetings to capture needs and feedback. The role also includes handling inquiries and service incidents, plus collecting and analyzing client input to improve service quality and retention.
