Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently process higher-risk securities processing tasks, including extremely high dollar transactions.
  • •Review and reconcile daily accounts to research and resolve items in a timely manner to prevent aged items.
  • •Troubleshoot complex operational and customer service issues related to settlements and corporate actions, escalating only the most complex problems.
  • •Follow up on outstanding settlement issues with counterparties, report/research fails, and communicate resolution per customer service guidelines.
  • •Assist with or manage special projects, testing new processes, revising departmental procedures, and act as backup to the manager in their absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •3-5 years of operations experience in the securities clearance industry.
  • •Experience with trust/securities processing and/or back-office operations processes.
  • •Knowledge of cash/securities clearance processing (preferred).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service focus.
