•Collect final track mixes, track lists and full credits from composers, artist managers and licensors.
•Set up and execute commerce-focused email campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with release strategies.
•Assist marketing team with audio and video campaign optimization using internal systems.
•Create and distribute audio e-cards to support marketing and promotional initiatives.
•Maintain and update the Milan Records website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards.
