Deliver technically complex solutions by supporting on-premises vendor applications and performing software integration, analysis, and configuration. •Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of Truist’s most complex solutions.
•Lead and participate in applying vendor upgrades/patches, server/DB upgrades, security remediations, and release testing with robust unit testing.
•Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated production support; support warranty and knowledge transfer to production support.
•In an Agile environment, deliver high-quality working software, automate unit testing and support integration/functional testing while refining user stories and developing code per acceptance criteria.
