Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe conditions or mechanical safety problems to the Shift Supervisor.
  • •Perform production verifications and required visual inspections at the start of each shift and at specified intervals.
  • •Use data acquisition software to determine which gauging must be performed to meet quality standards and keep documentation accurate.
  • •Inspect parts on conveyor belts and in product containers throughout the shift, including liner inspections as required.
  • •Package products per manufacturing specifications, record scrap properly, and assist with machine startups, shutdowns, and line clearances.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills (written & oral).

  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
