Job Summary

Coordinate inbound logistics operations in Türkiye, reporting into Distribution & Logistics. Manage inbound logistics, Customs clearance, and related regulations, including Tareks inspections, documentation checks, and compliance. Own key KPIs around service levels, efficient clearance, and 3PL relationships, driving continuous improvement with DC and trade compliance teams. Handle import files, domestic transport to DC, reporting (rate/DSRs), vendor performance measurement, and escalation resolution as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize, monitor, direct, and control inbound logistics processes with emphasis on Customs clearance and Tareks inspections.
•Monitor and request payments involving third parties and all shipment modes.
•Follow up on shipping documentation checks, certificates of origin, and FTA validation; manage import files coordination.
•Coordinate domestic transport to DC and update reports such as rate reports and DSRs.
•Monitor 3PL service standards and productivity, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a point of contact for escalated issues.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years work experience in distribution and logistics.
•Strong understanding of Customs procedures and processes in Türkiye, including Tareks processes.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment with minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication (English and local languages) and strong collaboration skills across functions.
•Experience with Database applications, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office applications.
