Job Summary

Provide day-to-day client service for Huntington Private Bank by establishing and maintaining account documentation and servicing relationships for high-net-worth clients. Partner with one or more Wealth Advisors to support the sales process and ensure exceptional service across Private Banking, Trust, and Investment Management. Handle complex account issues, advise clients on bank products and services, and maintain awareness of risk management and policy/procedure compliance.

•Assist with or lead special projects and help train new and existing service specialists.
•Help resolve complex support and account problems, including making routine decisions in the absence of an officer.
•Maintain risk awareness and adhere to policies/procedures while reporting issues of concern as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
•2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
•Notary public.
•When supporting a Wealth Advisor role: proficient with Microsoft suite.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments with deadlines.
