Job Summary

Deliver hands-on instruction and interactive training that builds customer proficiency with ArcGIS Enterprise and related workflows. Partner with organizations to assess needs, identify skill gaps, and design classroom facilitation delivered in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Promote adoption of ArcGIS by demonstrating use cases, and help customers ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Communicate the impact of GIS through narratives, visualizations, and success stories.

•Strong listening skills to incorporate feedback and continuously improve instruction and course materials.
•Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
