Job Summary

Serve as a trusted, client-first advisor for individuals and small businesses in the branch. Drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships through in-person and proactive calling conversations focused on customers’ financial wellness. Recommend and guide clients to appropriate banking products, open personal and business accounts, support teller-line transactions, and help ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations to identify financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations in person and over the phone.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals tied to sales and referrals using preset appointments, lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships using centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
