Head Institutional Client Group, Insurance - Bermuda (BM, BM, HM 11)

Lead HSBC Bermuda’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) for a portfolio of major multinational insurance clients. You’ll set strategy and oversee relationship management and business development, coordinating product origination and execution across Corporate & Institutional Banking. Drive revenue growth and key financial metrics in line with the Annual Operating Plan, while maintaining strong credit quality, risk capital discipline, and regulatory compliance. Manage and develop the in-country ICG team and represent HSBC externally.
