Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Build customer profiles using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, then sell and cross-sell deposits, loans, and fee-based services using approved marketing tools. Manage outside sales activities, coordinate referrals with business partners, and support a strong customer experience while following risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to customer needs.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Build relationships with assigned business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment) and refer customers to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
