Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn Shared Services functions, responsibilities, recurring activities, tools, and workflows by meeting with team members and process owners.
  • •Document current processes using process maps, flowcharts, procedures, checklists, role descriptions, and other practical materials.
  • •Identify duplicated activities, unnecessary manual steps, bottlenecks, rework, unclear ownership, and excessive handoffs.
  • •Analyze how time, tools, information, and other resources are used in recurring activities and propose optimization opportunities.
  • •Support simplification, standardization, automation initiatives, including maintaining SOPs and helping test and implement improvements while gathering feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Current student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in process improvement, operational excellence, resource optimization, continuous improvement, or Shared Services operations.
  • •Analytical mindset to understand how activities connect within a larger process.
  • •Ability to organize information and translate observations into process maps, procedures, or improvement proposals.
  • •Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with process-mapping, data-visualization, project-management, or automation tools is a plus.
