Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute with Relationship Managers to structure tailor-made credit solutions for Business Banking and International Middle Market customers.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate credit risks by preparing credit applications, including financial statement analysis, industry analysis, and annual projections.
  • •Monitor the lending portfolio by ensuring compliance with financial and non-financial terms and detecting negative trends impacting customers.
  • •Ensure credit file completeness to facilitate operations of credits, including payments and disbursements.
  • •Interact with customers to follow up documentation and obtain firsthand information, and coordinate efficiently with internal back-office teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of credit analysis experience.
  • •Strong analysis skills, including financial statement analysis and understanding business/industry drivers.
  • •Ability to structure and assess tailored credit solutions while ensuring proper credit risk mitigation and compliance with Mexican banking regulations and internal policies.
  • •Proactive communication and partnership with Relationship Managers and supporting groups.
  • •BS/BA in Economics, Actuarial Science, Financial Management, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
