Job Summary

Oversee daily securities processing for Corporate Actions across assigned markets, ensuring service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of Global Support Executives, handle escalations and problem resolutions, and allocate resources based on forecasts and volume analysis. Maintain operational controls through audit checks, operational risk management, MI reporting, and compliance with data protection and business process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee Corporate Action processes and market specifications for assigned markets, and allocate work daily to Global Support Executives.
•Monitor service quality and productivity, resolve or escalate issues, and drive initiatives to improve customer service standards and prevent recurrence.
•Plan capacity daily and intra-day using projections and volume analysis; allocate and reallocate team resources across markets.
•Ensure compliance with audit and operational risk requirements, performing audit checks and managing operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and controls.
•Provide team leadership and development, supporting knowledge retention through training and cross-training, and produce/analyze management information within agreed timescales.

Key Requirements

•Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
•At least 12 months in a supervisory role with exposure to root cause analysis, problem solving, team building, and staff development.
•Experience in Securities processing, especially Corporate Action, is an added advantage.
•Ability to speak and understand English fluently and write business letters and reports.
•Strong analytical skills to study trends, make projections, and interpret numeric data; production management skills and ability to initiate process improvements.
