Equity and Executive Compensation Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Compensation, you’ll support executive compensation and equity programs as part of the Total Rewards strategy. You’ll advise HR partners and leaders on compensation decisions, help design and administer long-term incentives and deferred compensation, and prepare committee and proxy disclosure materials. Using analytics and benchmarking, you’ll develop compensation models, partner cross-functionally across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and vendors, and support continuous improvement across annual compensation cycles.
