Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for data-driven capabilities.
  • •Identify customer and business needs and prioritise work based on value, impact, and strategic alignment.
  • •Evaluate new content against identified customer needs.
  • •Use fail-fast methodologies to run rapid experimentation and make informed decisions.
  • •Maintain product backlogs and manage stakeholder expectations through clear, regular communication; support GTM activities with timelines, value messaging, and enablement needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership, including backlog prioritisation and delivery of customer-facing capabilities.
  • •Proven ability gathering comprehensive requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into actionable development.
  • •Ideally experience working with data.
  • •Ability to balance immediate priorities with future strategy and operate as a self-starter owning key deliverables.
  • •Strong understanding of agile methodologies plus excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
