Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the card program portfolio growth strategy, driving growth across the funnel and identifying and executing growth levers such as pricing, incentives, and partnerships.
  • •Manage day-to-day relationships with card schemes, including program reporting, mandates, incentives, and new scheme initiatives.
  • •Ensure ongoing compliance with scheme rules, regulatory requirements, and internal risk policies for the card program.
  • •Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to manage scheme audits, certifications, and regulatory filings related to the card program.
  • •Track and report portfolio performance and compliance status, stay ahead of scheme rule changes and regulatory updates, and translate them into action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in banking or fintech with direct exposure to card programs, scheme management, or compliance.
  • •Working knowledge of card scheme rules and the regulatory requirements governing card programs.
  • •Strong analytical skills using portfolio performance data (activation, spend, retention) to drive growth decisions.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management across Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Product & Tech, and external scheme partners.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
