Job Summary

Lead the month-end close and financial reporting in the Shared Services finance function for Landmark Group. Oversee IFRS-compliant statutory financials, balance sheet management, and audit coordination. Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Procure-to-Pay/Order-to-Cash teams to ensure accurate data flow across regional operations and drive process improvements using Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close within the R2R framework, ensuring adherence to global timelines.
•Review and finalize monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) prior to leadership distribution.
•Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable insights to executive management.
•Ensure management reporting reflects business operations and aligns with corporate financial strategies.
•Oversee the preparation and review of annual statutory financial statements in IFRS compliance and manage Stat-to-GAAP adjustments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Finance.
•MBA / CA preferred.
•7 to 10 years work experience.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting.
•Experience with Oracle or similar ERP and cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and P2P/O2C teams
