•Start up and commission new systems, and diagnose and repair environmental-control systems in commercial settings.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and service products/equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
•Maintain current knowledge of Trane products for installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) and typically 3–5 years of HVAC/Controls experience; technical school/formal training preferred.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the past 3 years.
•Previous experience with DDC controls system is preferred.
