Key Responsibilities

  • •Own DevOps and deployment architecture to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud engineering, automation, release management, and operational support.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform (HCL).
  • •Coordinate deployments across environments with minimal downtime and controlled rollouts, following ITSM and Change Management practices.
  • •Lead production incidents and perform deep-dive RCA, driving preventive actions and adhering to incident management SLAs and escalation procedures.
