Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and enforce EHS regulations, robotic cell safety standards, and safe work practices including safety audits and toolbox meetings.
  • •Manage team performance to achieve production targets (JPH) aligned with takt time and improve OEE drivers (Availability, Performance, Quality).
  • •Ensure execution of standard work and monitor real-time production flow using Andon systems and dashboards.
  • •Drive quality compliance by executing control plans, leading containment actions for defects, improving first-time quality, and participating in QRQC/root cause analysis.
  • •Lead coaching and development of production team members, run daily briefings (SPEQDC), and ensure proper station coverage and training/skill certification.
